The Making of M.A.R.S.

M.A.R.S. started off as an Emcee in 1999. The 1st group he was in was "Writaz Block". The group broke up due to lack of interest. M.A.R.S. continued writing tracks until he got the chance that would really set off his music career. Joining Mental Advisory(Speratic & Blaximus) allowed him to record in a studio and put out track after track. Performing @ small clubs and getting radioplay, Mental Advisory was on the rise. In 2003, Mental Advisory put out there first EP, "Only The Few...". After that, things began to change. M.A.R.S. & Blaximus joined the military & Speratic went to college. During this time of change, M.A.R.S. began using Fruityloops, under the guidence of Blaximus. He then became a producer. M.A.R.S. has produced over 500 tracks and produced for over 50 artist. In 2005, M.A.R.S. met Manuel "DEGO" Ramos(CEO & FOUNDER OF NONSTOP HEAT PRODUCTIONS). Having the same drive and goals, they began using there ideas to manage and create the group, The DreamTeam.(Reggie B, Oddball, HollyStreetz). Recording on the US Navy Ship, USS Bonhomme-Richard, The DreamTeam became an overnight success. Having 50 songs finished and an EP, all produced by M.A.R.S., The DreamTeam began getting shows all over San Diego, California. M.A.R.S. took his library and went on to produce for Royal Empire Records. The Executives, Royal Empire's artist Playa-E & RIO, signed M.A.R.S. as a producer and made the smash hits, "Like Ohh", & "Hott Right Now." M.A.R.S. then joined NonStop Heat with Dego. NonStop Heat consisted of Dego, MC MAFIA, & M.A.R.S. As a producer, NonStop Heat helped M.A.R.S. as he was doing his own thing. M.A.R.S. then began promoting with his close friends, Kwan "Suga" Tang & Adam "Scotty" Martin, in San Diego. Project 1667 became a household name after there first party, "The 8th Day of XXXMAS." Shortly after Project 1667 became Leisure Promotions, and then M.A.R.S. (the DJ) was born. M.A.R.S. currently is in Upstate, Ny, DJING clubs and parties & serving in the United States Army.
